HONG KONG, 24 October 2026 — Voxen Energy Limited (“Voxen”), incorporated in Hong Kong on 6 October 2026, today announced the launch of its international gas and liquefied natural gas (LNG) development platform, established to originate, structure and advance energy infrastructure projects and commercial partnerships connecting natural gas resources with growing global energy markets.
Voxen brings together an experienced international team with expertise spanning energy infrastructure development, natural gas commercialisation, LNG markets, project finance and strategic investment.
Operating under its corporate vision, “Connecting Resources. Developing Markets.”, Voxen aims to establish a diversified international portfolio of LNG infrastructure and related commercial opportunities, with a particular focus on connecting natural gas resources with growing LNG demand.
The company’s initial development portfolio spans LNG export development, LNG liquefaction, shipping and logistics, and LNG import infrastructure with integrated gas supply.
Alongside its infrastructure development activities, Voxen is building commercial capabilities in structured LNG supply arrangements, international project partnerships and portfolio development.
